In the UK, almost one million women have left a job because of menopause symptoms.
Menopause support programmes are still being designed to be one size fits all.
Tragically, this means many women are being left behind in the menopause revolution.
We want to end that suffering and help ensure menopause becomes
a healthy transition during the ageing process.
We have a particular focus on two sometimes intersecting groups of menopausal women, both currently underserved by employers and healthcare programmes:
At the moment, hardly anything is known about how these women are affected by the menopause or how to help them. This has a negative impact on them, their health, their relationships, their employers and the economy.
We create inclusive, evidence-based menopause support products and services for employers and healthcare providers.
MenoAssess will:
Design bespoke software products and services to help employers provide inclusive support for all menopausal staff
Carry out robust research to fill the knowledge gap
Create a digital screening tool to help GPs better understand and support racially minoritised menopausal women and/or those with an underlying condition
Thoroughly test products in live labs before piloting them with partners
Make products and services available to employers and healthcare providers

We champion collaborations to find innovative solutions.
